Refund policy
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened food products
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery by the customer
- Sale or clearance items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable except in cases where NutraFrontier is responsible for the error.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
